All items are hand-made from 100% polar fleece which has terrific stretching properties ... that is why we offer "One Size Fits All" hats. Like knit stocking hats, Red Bow hats expand to fit a large variety of head sizes, from 6 1/2" to 8". They should fit heads in the range of 20 1/2" to 24 1/2".
